Multiparty Injury and Construction Dispute

In 2011, we marshaled the resolution of a multi-million dollar injury claim after a patron was seriously injured in a Tribal casino. Resolution involved several parties, including engineers and contractors who were alleged to have caused the accident. By attacking the claim before it could be filed, and exposing the weakness of plaintiffs’ claims, we were able to reach an acceptable resolution.
