Tribal Summary Judgment

In 2009, we achieved the summary judgment dismissal in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, of a multi-million dollar tortious interference claim against an individual tribal member related to allegations of individual Indian trust asset misuse. Our client was cleared of all liability.
