State-Tribal Compact Amendments

In 2009, we negotiated the Appendix X2 gaming compact amendment with the State of Washington on behalf of two tribal governments. We ensured that the amended compact language was favorable to our tribal clients, both of whom lease video lottery terminal allocation rights to other tribal casino operators. Those Tribes continue to reap the economic benefit of those lease rights and compact amendments.
